Itinerary for Baby, Teeny, Tiny,
Little, and Junior Miss Georgia Forestry Contestants
Thursday, June 9th, 2011-Rehearsal
at the Performing Arts Center at the Tift County High School. Baby, Teeny, Tiny, Little, and Junior can drop in anytime between
5:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. to register and practice onstage. This is a drop in practice, but you must arrive
before 8:00 P.M. The doors will close at 8:00 P.M. Nobody will be allowed to practice after 8:00 P.M. I
would plan to arrive early.

Please make reservations now! Teeny, Tiny,
Little, and Junior, please make reservations at the Country Inn Suites by mailing in or faxing your
resevation form. Reservations should be made by May 1st! You can still get a room after this date, but you will have
to pay full price.

A.M. check in...10:30 A.M. rehearsal at the Performing Arts Center at the Tift County High School. T-shirts
will be given out at rehearsal for you to wear to the Georgia Agrirama. Please come in white shorts or capri's with crown
and sash. You can slip on your t-shirt after you arrive at the rehearal. We will also practice the opening number.
Please be on time, we will be on a tight schedule.

This is an example of what the virtual add looks like that will be played on the big screens at the pageant.

As you all know Labelle a production crew from Tennessee will be doing our production at state this year. They will be
bringing a large big screen. The big screen will be placed on the side of the stage. Good Luck banners will be played on the
big screen. I have attached the example of the good luck banner. These will be played in the auditorium throughout the
pageant. The ads are $20.00 if you make or have someone make your banner, $30.00 if we make them. You can purchase as
many as you like. This is how you do it.
1. If you have someone make your banner for you. They need to email me at forestrypageant@yahoo.com the banner in jpeg
form and the code for the banner along with your child's name and her age as well as the division she will be competing .
Before I can accept your banner, you must paypal the $20.00 at forestrypageant@yahoo.com it must be paid under personal on
paypal or you will be charged extra. Also, all images and writing must be inside the ad, no images or writing on the outside
of the ad.
OR SECOND OPTION
2. If you want us to make your banner, you must email the picture and what you want the banner to say along with your child's
name and her age as well as the division she will be competing in to forestrypageant@yahoo.com and paypal $30.00 to forestrypageant@yahoo.com
again you must pay under personal on paypal or you will be charged extra. You must paypal the $30.00 before we can make your
banner. The deadline for this is June 3rd. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
DON'T GET TO STATE AND BE DISAPPOINTED THAT EVERYONE WILL HAVE A GOOD LUCK BANNER BEING SHOWN ON THE BIG SCREEN AND YOU

Flowers:
If you would like to have flowers sent to the Forestry Pageant backstage
for your contestant, we recommend Vercie's Ground Floral in Tifton. You can call them ahead of time at 229-238-3887 or 1-800-582-7558.
They are located at 215 East 2nd Street in Tifton. You can call in orders from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday and on Saturday
8:30 to 12:00 noon. They will deliver the flowers backstage to your daughter at the Theatre on the day or night of the pageant.
You need to let them know the date and time she will be competing. Their floral designers do beautiful work.
Or you
can use your choice of vendors, we have many people that inquire about vendors and these are just the vendors that have contacted
me. If anyone would like to be added as a vendor, please have them contact me.

SOUTH VIRGINIA AVENUE. Get off exit 62 on interstate I-75, go north under the bridge, at the second traffic light turn
left onto South Virginia Avenue, Country Inn Suites will be on your left.
GEORGIA AGRIRAMA-(TEEN AND MISS
WILL TOUR, WELCOME RECEPTION FOR TEEN AND MISS) TAKE INTERSTATE I-75 NORTH, GET OFF ON EXIT 63B, TURN LEFT, GO OVER BRIDGE,
GEORGIA AGRIRAMA IS DOWN ON YOUR RIGHT.
PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
AT THE TIFT COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL-(PLACE FOR PAGEANT TO BE HELD) TAKE INTERSTATE I-75, GET OFF ON EXIT 64, GO SOUTH
ON HIGHWAY 41 UNTIL YOU COME TO THE FIRST TRAFFIC LIGHT, YOU WILL TURN LEFT ONTO 20TH STREET AT THIS TRAFFIC LIGHT.
STAY ON 20TH STREET UNTIL IT DEAD ENDS,(YOU WILL PASS TIFT REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER). WHEN 20TH STREET DEAD ENDS YOU
WILL TURN LEFT AT THE TRAFFIC LIGHT. GO DOWN TO THE FIRST TRAFFIC LIGHT AND TURN RIGHT, YOU WILL GO TO THE END OF THIS
ROAD AND THE AUDITORIUM WILL BE ON YOUR LEFT.
ABAC Place
Abraham Baldwin College-(TEEN AND MISS WILL HAVE INTERVIEWS) TAKE INTERSTATE I-75 NORTH, GET OFF ON EXIT 64, TURN LEFT,
GO UNDER BRIDGE, Turn left onto the first road(RDC) road, this road will deadend at the college, turn right onto
Moore Highway, then left onto Perimeter Road right beside the YOW Forestry and Wildlife Building. Go down you will see
the water tower. ABAC Place is the large building (building 100) by the water tower. Park in the parking
lot, go through the front door to first floor. We will be in rooms 1120, 1122, 1123, 1124, and 1130.
Abraham Baldwin College Dining Hall-(PLACE
FOR FORMAL BALL FOR TEEN AND MISS CONTESTANTS)TAKE INTERSTATE I-75 NORTH, GET OFF ON EXIT 64, TURN LEFT ONTO HIGHWAY 41 NORTH,
GO UNDER OVERPASS, TAKE THE FIRST ROAD TO THE LEFT, THIS ROAD WILL DEADEND AT THE COLLEGE. WHEN YOU COME TO THE DEADEND,
TURN LEFT, THEN TURN RIGHT AT THE FIRST TRAFFIC LIGHT. YOU WILL SEE THE LARGE PARKING LOT ON YOUR RIGHT. YOU WILL
NEED TO PARK HERE AND WALK UP TO THE DINING HALL.
