Itinerary for Teeny, Tiny,
Little, and Junior Miss Georgia Forestry Contestants
Thursday, June 10th, 2010-Rehearsal
at the Performing Arts Center at the Tift County High School. Teeny, Tiny, Little, and Junior can drop in anytime between
5:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. to register and practice onstage. This is a drop in practice, but you must arrive
before 8:00 P.M. The doors will close at 8:00 P.M. Nobody will be allowed to practice after 8:00 P.M. I
would plan to arrive early.

P.M. Pageant begins for Teeny and 7:00 P.M. Pageant begins for Tiny at the Performing Arts Center at the Tift County

Saturday, June 12, 2010-4:00 P.M. Pageant

Motel Information-Teeny, Tiny, Little,
and Junior Miss Contestants must stay at the Holiday Inn. This is mandatory!
Please make reservations now! Teeny, Tiny,
Little, and Junior, please make reservations at the Holiday Inn by mailing in or faxing your resevation
form. Reservations should be made by May 1st! You can still get a room after this date, but you will have to pay full
price.

A.M. check in...10:30 A.M. rehearsal at the Performing Arts Center at the Tift County High School. T-shirts
will be given out at rehearsal for you to wear to the Georgia Agrirama. Please come in white shorts or capri's with crown
and sash. You can slip on your t-shirt after you arrive at the rehearal. We will also practice the opening number.
Please be on time, we will be on a tight schedule.

Photo Shoot:
Bellevisa Photography will also be doing a photoshoot for natural and glitz pictures at the Holiday Inn. Mykal Baca will
be doing the hair and makeup for these shoots. Mykal has done hair and makeup for many big pageant winners and many celebrities
such as Paris Hilton. Mykal is also available for hair and makeup for the pageant, if you need a hair and makeup person get
in touch with him at hottiesbymykel1@aol.com They are booking fast, so if you would like

Spray Tanning
Nancy Shadburn has an Organic Mist Spray Tanning company. The spray tanning is a process by which dihydroxyacetone
(DHA) based solution (an ingredient that has been approved by the FDA for cosmetic application) sprayed onto the skin which
will last 7-10 days depending on how the sunless tan is cared for and how the skin was prepared prior to spraying.
She
has a portable tanning tent 42" by 42" by 78" which I could set up in a motel room.

Flowers:
If you would like to have flowers sent to the Forestry Pageant for your contestant,
we recommend The Flower and Gift Gallery in Tifton. You can call them ahead of time at 229-382-9359. They will
deliver the flowers to your daughter at the Theatre on the night of the pageant. You need to let them know the
date and time she will be competing.
No hair and makeup vendors will be allowed in the dressing room. All hair and makeup
must be done prior to arriving at the pageant.
**IF YOU ARE SCHEDULING HAIR AND MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS, YOU MUST MAKE
SURE THE PERSON DOING YOUR HAIR AND MAKUP WILL HAVE YOU READY IN TIME FOR YOUR SCHEDULED PAGEANT***
WE WILL NOT WAIT ON ANYONE THAT IS RUNNING LATE, WE MUST KEEP THE
PAGEANT ON SCHEDULE!
PLEASE HAVE HAIR AND MAKEUP DONE PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT THE PAGEANT,
NO HAIR OR MAKEUP VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE DRESSING ROOMS!!

ALL THE CONTESTANTS LOVE TO HAVE THESE ON THEIR CAR WHEN THEY ARRIVE IN TIFTON SO EVERYONE WILL KNOW WHAT COUNTY YOU
ARE REPRESENTING. THEY ARE ALSO GREAT FOR PARADES!
As you all know Labelle a production crew from Tennessee will be doing our production at state this year. They will be
bringing a large big screen. The big screen will be placed on the side of the stage. Good Luck banners will be played on the
big screen. I have attached the example of the good luck banner. These will be grouped according to age divisions...teeny
will play while teeny contestants are onstage, tiny will play while tiny contestants are onstage. The ads are $20.00 if you
make or have someone make your banner, $30.00 if we make them. You can purchase as many as you like. This is how you do it.
1. If you have someone make your banner for you. They need to email me at forestrypageant@yahoo.com the banner in jpeg
form and the code for the banner along with your child's name and her age as well as the division she will be competing .
Before I can accept your banner, you must paypal the $20.00 at forestrypageant@yahoo.com it must be paid under personal on
paypal or you will be charged extra. Also, all images and writing must be inside the ad, no images or writing on the outside
of the ad.
OR SECOND OPTION
2. If you want us to make your banner, you must email the picture and what you want the banner to say along with your child's
name and her age as well as the division she will be competing in to forestrypageant@yahoo.com and paypal $30.00 to forestrypageant@yahoo.com
again you must pay under personal on paypal or you will be charged extra. You must paypal the $30.00 before we can make your
banner. The deadline for this is June 3rd. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
DON'T GET TO STATE AND BE DISAPPOINTED THAT EVERYONE WILL HAVE A GOOD LUCK BANNER BEING SHOWN ON THE BIG SCREEN AND YOU

PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
AT THE TIFT COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL-(PLACE FOR PAGEANT TO BE HELD) TAKE INTERSTATE I-75, GET OFF ON EXIT 64, GO SOUTH
ON HIGHWAY 41 UNTIL YOU COME TO THE FIRST TRAFFIC LIGHT, YOU WILL TURN LEFT ONTO 20TH STREET AT THIS TRAFFIC LIGHT.
STAY ON 20TH STREET UNTIL IT DEAD ENDS,(YOU WILL PASS TIFT REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER). WHEN 20TH STREET DEAD ENDS YOU
WILL TURN LEFT AT THE TRAFFIC LIGHT. GO DOWN TO THE FIRST TRAFFIC LIGHT AND TURN RIGHT, YOU WILL GO TO THE END OF THIS
ROAD AND THE AUDITORIUM WILL BE ON YOUR LEFT.

GO UNDER OVERPASS, TAKE THE FIRST ROAD TO THE LEFT, THIS ROAD WILL DEADEND AT THE COLLEGE. WHEN YOU COME TO THE DEADEND,
TURN LEFT, THEN TURN RIGHT AT THE FIRST TRAFFIC LIGHT. YOU WILL SEE THE LARGE PARKING LOT ON YOUR RIGHT. YOU WILL
